I am just writing to say how much we enjoyed the T-Bone Steaks...and to say howbig they are!!! The Beef has excellent grass fed 'meaty' flavour/smell. But, I found theT-Bone to be sinewy and a bit tougher than I was expecting, good flavourthough. Sausages taste almost identical to Thorn's Butcher in Tanunda, which hassome of the best sausages among many quality Barossa butchers. Chuck and Bladewent in the slow cooker and both were good.Haven't tried mince yet. I willorder Beef again, and try some different cuts. - Dylan, Tanunda(we advised Dylan that the T-bone and other select cuts do not require aslong cooking as they are not tenderised artificially and hence can not becooked very long)

Just wanted to let you know we found the Kenton Creek beef mince to be fantastic!  I put it in a lasagna and everyone LOVED it!  My inlawswho had come for tea said they could really taste the difference fromsupermarket mince.  Anyway I just had to put my order in for more thisfortnight too.  Mum is interested in the steak so no doubt she will wantme to add something to the next box we order! - Jodie, Golden Grove
